How Vouchr users consent to receive text messages.
Vouchr sends exactly one category of SMS: one-time sign-in passcodes, delivered only when a user actively requests one. We send no marketing, promotional, or recurring messages.
The opt-in flow
Signing in to Vouchr (iOS app or the web dashboard) works only by phone number. The user types their own number and taps Send code — that tap is the affirmative request for a single SMS. Below is the sign-in screen every user sees, exactly as rendered in the product:

passcode from Vouchr by SMS at the number provided. Message frequency:

- Messages are sent only in direct response to a sign-in attempt — never unprompted. Typical volume: 1–2 messages per user per week.
